I have been using Theives cleaner for many years in our home and I get many comments. Comments from visitors asking where our ‘real cleaners’ are, I try to tell them that Theives cleaner actually does a better job, has no toxins, does not have carcinogenic and does not effect your endocrine system. However, no one believes me and for a long time it has just been my word, and many eye rolls from our guests. They think I am overreacting as our government would not allow a product that could hurt us – HA.
Over the last few years there has finally been research to support what I have been saying – YIPPEE! My friends and family no longer have to just take my word. The science community is starting to realize that with the over use of antibiotics we have created superbugs which are resistant to the antibiotics they have created over the last 100 years. Now they are trying to find alternatives to Fight the superbugs.
In Algeria they took an ‘Oregano’ plant and extracted the Essential Oils. They placed the oils into 8 different dishes with E.coli and incubated overnight. In all cases they found that no incubation had occurred and that no bacterial colonies were found. Others have tested the use of clove, cinnamon and more and have found that they too have inhibited the growth of bacteria from meat spoilage and much more.
So exciting that research if finally being done to show we do not always need to use chemicals and toxins to keep our bodies and home clean, healthy and safe. I am not saying do not use antibiotics, we do as a family, but I am saying with Theives cleaner and Young Livings essential oils we have prevented being sick in our household. This Christmas all our neighbours got sick, we did not. One child got a stomach flu, usually then at least one other gets it, not this year…Just little D:) I know it is because we are an oily family.
